Manage strategic projects for the Leadership Team in the KIRKBI Group
In this position your priority is to deliver proactive strategy and project support to the Leadership Team in KIRKBI. You will report to the CEO and have significant exposure to important stakeholders within the Group. Your primary responsibilities will be to:

  • Lead and engage in projects regarding strategic and business development of KIRKBI Group
  • Provide  project management and content input to projects, standing agenda and ad hoc critical tasks
  • Embed continuous improvement as part of developing the Leadership processes, board agenda and ways of working

You will participate in internal business meetings with the Leadership Team and strategic meetings in relevant entities within the KIRKBI Group.

Physical presence will be at the corporate headquarter in Billund, Denmark, and travel time must be expected.

You have a good financial understanding, excellent problem-solving skills and a strategic, methodical and highly rigorous professional approach.

We expect that your professional experience encompasses:

  • Prior experiences from working closely with management teams at executive level
  • Solid project management experience and proven results on facilitating strategic projects
  • Experience from working and managing stakeholders in a flat management structure with project-based leadership roles
  • Preferably a minimum of 3-5 years’ experience from a Tier 1 Strategy consulting firm
  • A master’s degree or MBA
  • Fluency in Danish and English
