Student Assistant, KIRKBI Real Estate department

KIRKBI’s investment activities include - amongst others – commercial real estate investments in Denmark, Switzerland, Germany and the UK.

In our real estate department in Copenhagen we are looking for a student assistant to work with a variety of tasks e.g.:

  • Supporting the active management of KIRKBI’s real estate portfolio
  • Support the investment team during due diligence
  • Provide assistance with collecting information and updating the real estate department’s asset management database
  • Provide assistance in researching, data mining and analyzing data on various real estate markets
  • Participation in the preparation of various presentations and investment recommendations
  • Assist with cashflow calculations, financial modelling and investment analysis
  • Ongoing GDPR maintenance on behalf of the entire real estate group where needed
  • General ad hoc assistance in the Copenhagen office where needed

Your competencies
We are looking for a student who is currently studying for a bachelor’s degree (1st or 2nd year) within finance. We would value that you have a genuine passion and interest in real estate as well as strong valuation and financial modeling skills. We also hope that you are happy to get involved in a variety of tasks and projects and have a desire to contribute to a positive yet also quite confidential culture. As a given we would look for a candidate who is self-motivated and can work independently, but also have good collaborative skills, as well as solid analytical and financial skills. Moreover, we expect that you possess a sense of detail and take pride in delivering high-quality work and that you have the ability to analyze and interpret complex information quickly and accurately. We use English as our corporate language and a student would need to be strong in both verbal and written Danish and English.
