Real Estate Project Manager and Facility Support

Are you interested in managing facility projects in Copenhagen and do you have experience within the areas of real estate project management, -reporting and -governance? If so, we can offer a position within a family-owned, value driven company where quality, integrity and continuous skill development is highly prioritized.

The position covers project management on smaller/medium projects in Copenhagen including, but not limited to, the external refurbishment of buildings, tenant fit-outs and development projects.

Moreover your responsibilities include:

  • Providing reporting and budgeting frameworks for each project
  • Act as support in projects managed by existing resources
  • Assist in the implementation of a facility management system for task management and reporting functions
  • Quarterly and annual reporting on facility management operations
  • Contract review and reassessment where necessary together with facility coordinator
  • Support to facility coordinator
  • Contribute to the ESG strategy implementation and reporting (energy, water, waste, electricity, heating), which is high on our agenda

We are looking for an independent candidate with a positive, professional mind-set interested in working closely with team members in a small team. Moreover, you are enduring and self-driven – thus, the ability to prioritize your own workload and make sure deadlines are met, is one of your key characteristics.

You will be part of a team of five within Real Estate who together manage properties in Copenhagen, Hamburg and London and form part of the overall Real Estate team of 25 people.

To succeed in this role, we expect that you have 3-5 years of experience within the areas of real estate project management, facility management and real estate reporting & governance. You may either have a Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Technology and Construction Management (Bygningskonstruktør) or possess financial knowledge. You must be fluent in English and Danish – both spoken and written language.
