KIRKBI A/S is currently looking for a Legal counsel for our strong legal team; a team which has a broad interface across the organization. As a Legal counsel you will support the team responsible for GDPR/Privacy in KIRKBI and be a valued resource on our continued journey to mature our privacy accomplishment. Moreover, your responsibilities include:

  • Policies and guidelines

  • Support GDPR awareness in the organization, conduct and participate in training
  • Support the implementation of a GDPR/Privacy management tool
  • Support the organization on incidents and data breaches, reporting and audits

In this role you will be offered the opportunity to work with most aspects of data privacy and at the same time be close to the decision makers. It is crucial that you are able to communicate complex legislation to all levels of our organizations and that you are able to cooperate across different business areas. You need a fundamental data privacy, business- and process understanding but will also have the opportunity to grow and develop within the role. As a person you are accommodating and curious and you can see yourself as part of a specialist team that values both high quality and team spirit.

You are either cand.merc.jur. or cand.jur. and preferably you have 3+ years of experience from a similar position. You are fluent in English – both written and spoken language – and your IT competencies are excellent. Project coordinator experience is an advantage, but not a requirement.
