Cyber Security Responsible with Business Development Skills

Would you like to join us on our cyber security journey, spearheading our implementation of a brand-new cyber security platform? This is your chance to lead a small team and work with cyber security across KIRKBI affiliated companies, using your business development skills to meet individual needs.

Head up your own team

You will join our IT function counting 11 skilled colleagues, and you will own the cyber security agenda, heading up a team of 2 cyber security colleagues. Together, you will be responsible for further developing the area, catering to the differentiated needs of individual stakeholders within KIRKBI.

Spearhead our cyber security efforts

In this job you will continuously develop the security profile for our different businesses, you will be the go-to-person for all issues related to cyber security, facilitating these through our processes to ensure they get solved through our SOC. You will be the one responsible for ensuring that the SOC meets our business needs on an ongoing basis and that technology and processes are matching at all times.

Moreover, you will play an important role within our business development activities as most of these will at some point touch base with our cyber security efforts. To sum up, you will be:

  • Leading the operational platform and the people working within it
  • Responsible for our SOC partner incl. handling alerts
  • Drive the development of our security baseline taking differentiated needs into account
  • An active participant in continuous development of policy/processes within Cyber
  • Defining and delivering complex business improvement projects across different business areas

Thus, you have to keep this in mind and use your excellent communication skills as you work with our individual stakeholders and implement the partnership with our SOC. You remain focused and combine your knowledge of cyber technology with business development to meet business needs and you are able to work well under pressure. Furthermore, we imagine that you:

  • Hold a technical IT education on master level, e.g. as a software engineer
  • Have solid experience with cyber security technology and processes from a complex business context
  • Have a background within project management
  • Preferably have experience as people leader
  • Are fluent in both Danish and English
