The HR department consists of nine engaged employees, and you will be part of the HR Shared Service Center team. We are a dedicated team in a culture where strong values, high quality and cooperation are highly prioritized.

Your area of responsibility will be to support the following:

  • Employee master data and reports
  • Employee law such as employee contracts, addendums, mobility, etc.
  • Policies and guidelines
  • Assist in the implementation of a new HR system
  • Maintain and develop our HR SharePoint site
  • Assist in smaller projects
  • Ad hoc assignments and support

You will report to the Head of HR Shared Service Center but will be working closely together with the entire HR team, and you will support different entities such as LEGO Foundation, LEGO House and LEGO Ventures.

HR Professional with a can-do attitude and an open-minded approach

As an HR Consultant in KIRKBI you have a strong interest in working with systems, legal matters, data etc. combined with your ability to balance quality and speed in execution. You take pride in attending to detail and have a structured and thorough approach to all your tasks. You thrive in a complex environment and you get things done. We expect you to have:

  • A relevant academic degree
  • Experience from a similar role, preferably from a large corporate organisation
  • A well-equipped HR toolbox related to HR core processes
  • System and process understanding – preferably experience with project management and maybe you have been part of the implementation of an HR system
  • Solid understanding of employment law
  • Solid experience with Excel and the other MS Office programmes
  • Fluent skills in Danish and English
